Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Product and Technology leadership, supporting them on organizational, leadership, and people-related topics.

Own the process of translating business strategy into effective people and organizational strategies that enable team performance and scalability.

Partner with leaders on organizational design, team structures, and workforce planning to ensure high-performing and scalable team setups.

Support and coach managers and leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management, and people leadership.

Lead initiatives that strengthen management principles, leadership practices, and overall leadership capability across the organization.

Own and manage complex employee-related cases, escalation management and other sensitive employee matters.

Act as an escalation point for challenging employee situations and ensure issues are handled with sound judgment and professionalism.

Partner with leaders to proactively address organizational risks, team health, and engagement topics.
Several years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Technology organizations.
Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and employee relations.
Experience working in international and multi-location environments.
Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex situations with discretion, and professionalism.
