We are seeking a highly experienced and senior Senior HRBP & Organizational Development (OD) professional with deep strategic vision and strong execution capabilities to join our HR team.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and directly impact the future of the company through a blend of strategic business partnership, senior management coaching, and driving deep organizational development and design initiatives.

This role requires operating in a dynamic, global environment, leveraging advanced technologies and AI tools to propel HR processes forward.

 

 
  • Business Partnership & Management Coaching: Guide, advise, and coach managers and senior leadership in a global organization experiencing rapid growth (Scaling Up), supporting management challenges, team building, and employee retention.
  • Leading Cross-Organizational Processes: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end strategic HR processes, including: annual performance reviews, goal-setting mechanisms (OKRs/Goals), leadership development, and organizational development programs.
  • Organizational Structure & Leveling: Lead and manage global job mapping, compensation structures, and grading (Leveling) processes.
  • HRIS Management: Hands-on work, management, and extraction of insights and metrics using the HiBob platform.
  • Innovation & Technology (AI): Integrate, adopt, and utilize AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools on a daily basis to streamline, upgrade, and automate HR and organizational development processes.
  • Data-Driven HR: Apply strong analytical skills to analyze HR metrics, identify organizational trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Over 10 years of experience in HRBP and Organizational Development (OD) roles within a global/tech company – Mandatory.
  • Proven and successful track record of leading and implementing complex, cross-organizational processes (performance reviews, goal-setting, leadership development, and Leveling) – Mandatory.
  • Extensive experience coaching managers and working within an organization undergoing rapid growth and structural changes (Scaling Up) – Mandatory.
  • Proven practical experience integrating, adopting, and using AI tools within HR functions – Mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience and daily proficiency with the HiBob platform – Mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively work with data and numbers.
  • High-level English proficiency (written, spoken, and presentation) – Mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive and independent drive to move processes forward, and the cognitive flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
