We are looking for a E-Commerce Content Creator who is hands-on and deeply connected to social culture.
In this role, you focus on creating day-to-day content for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, translating campaigns and brand moments into engaging, platform-native formats. You are responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering content that feels current, relevant, and true to the brand, while supporting overall campaign and performance goals.
Content Creation (Hands-on): Produce day-to-day social content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts) and web. You are actively shooting, editing and delivering content on a daily basis.
Content Support & Execution: Work closely with the Marketing and E-com teams to execute existing campaign ideas into social-first content. You focus on bringing concepts to life rather than defining the strategy.
On-the-ground Production: Capture content during shoots, events, and office moments using a mobile-first approach, ensuring a constant flow of fresh, relevant material.
Video Editing: Edit short-form video content with a strong understanding of pacing, formats, and platform-native styles. Ensure content is ready to publish quickly and consistently.
Trend-Based Content: Translate social trends, sounds and formats into quick-turnaround content that fits the brand’s look and feel.
Content Adaptation: Adjust and resize existing campaign assets into multiple social formats (cut-downs, vertical edits, variations) for different platforms.
Performance Awareness: Monitor how content performs and apply learnings to future content (e.g. hooks, formats, timing), in collaboration with the wider team.
A Content Maker: You enjoy creating and editing content yourself and are comfortable being hands-on every day.
Platform Native: You understand what works on TikTok and Instagram and can quickly act on trends.
Visually Aware: You have a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics, and understand how to translate a brand into social content.
Fast & Flexible: You can work quickly, adapt to feedback, and handle multiple pieces of content at once.
Practical Mindset: You focus on execution and getting content live, without overcomplicating the process.
Requirements
~1 min read2–4 years of experience in content creation or social media production, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or streetwear.
A strong portfolio of short-form video content (TikTok/Reels), showing editing skills and creativity.
Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
