Business Change Manager

• →Develop and manage business change and adoption strategies.
• →Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
• →Coordinate training, communications, and operational readiness activities.
• →Support organisational impact assessments and transition planning.
• →Facilitate adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
• →Manage business readiness assessments and acceptance activities.
• →Track and report benefits realisation and change outcomes.

• The role requires the following key skills / knowledge, non-exhaustively:
• Change management methodologies.
• Stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Training and operational readiness planning.
• Benefits management and adoption measurement.
• Workshop facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of organisational change in secure environments.
• Familiarity with secure environments and their transition and governance processes

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
