General Manager - LATAM

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our new entity in LATAM. This role will be responsible for building Dandy Mexico from the ground up as well as expansion into Latin America. The GM will deliver localized market analysis, set up our operations in Mexico and beyond, and develop the business strategy to ensure successful market entry and sustainable growth.

  Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy LATAM

  Develop and maintain initial customer base

• →

  Develop and manage the LATAM business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs

  Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies

• →

  Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership

• →

  Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the LATAM market

  Represent the company to LATAM government officials, industry associations, and business networks

• →

  Ensure compliance with all LATAM federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal

• →

  Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy Mexico and expansion in LATAM

• 7+ years of progressive management experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously

• Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change

• Results-oriented with high accountability

• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations

• Deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end

• Understanding of the Latin American business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English required

• Strong network of business contacts in Latin America.

• Based in Mexico City, with regular travel throughout Latin America and occasionally to other Dandy sites
