We’re hiring a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our Daniels medical waste transfer station team in Indianapolis. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role and a critical part of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
Operate forklifts and hand trucks (training provided)
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners
