We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our high performing team in Chicago. Working alongside our Senior Finance team, the Senior Accountant position is a varied and challenging role which will be responsible for processing, supporting financial inputs and producing financial results.

Assist with preparing the monthly reporting packs and associated reports for assigned business entities, including consolidations

Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations, including A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, and other G/L account

Ensure integrity and timeliness of full cycle reporting to management, including month end and year end reporting

Maintaining financial reports, records, accruals, and general ledger accounts

Process and reconcile inter-company transactions

Prepare reports as may be required by senior management

Assist with the annual budget

Assist the team where deemed necessary

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm

Good understanding of reconciliations

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
