Dispatcher 2nd Shift

Dash Courier & Logistics is seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate deliveries, support drivers and customers, and help ensure the smooth flow of daily operations.

• →Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries
• →Receive, enter, and manage orders through phone, email, and internal systems
• →Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure excellent service
• →Monitor deliveries and assist with issue resolution when needed
• →Maintain accurate records, notes, and operational documentation
• →Support day-to-day dispatch and customer service activities
• →Assist with operational needs and special projects as required

• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with routing, maps, and geographic areas
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record

This position is primarily a 2nd Shift role, with typical hours of 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Occasional flexibility may be needed to support business demands, including overtime, weekend, or holiday coverage when necessary. Our team works together to ensure operational success while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of dispatching experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
