Responsibilities

As the Guest Experience Assistant Manager, you’ll lead the Front of House (FOH) team and partner with the General Manager to ensure strong daily execution and exceptional service delivery.

→Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
→Inventory Management: Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
→Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
→Operational Leadership: Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
→Communication: Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
→Audit & Inspection Readiness: Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
→Performance Results: Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).

High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
