Maintenance Team Member

Dash In is a community-focused convenience brand and part of the Wills Group family, with more than 50 locations across the Mid-Atlantic. We provide our guests with quality food, fuel, car wash services, and everyday essentials while creating a welcoming experience at every location.

We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Associate to help keep our stores, property, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is hands-on and includes a mix of maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and guest service.

• →Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property.
• →Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools.
• →Help maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment.
• →Manage waste and keep coolers and other areas stocked.
• →Assist with merchandising and deliveries.
• →Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• →Support the store team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.
• →Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience.
• Familiarity with hand and portable tools, including power washers, sprayers, and limited power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for at least 6 hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
