Experience

0–5 years of frontend engineering at a strong tech company (VC-backed, FAANG, etc.)
Track record leading frontend projects, design systems, and similar work
Owning product end-to-end — as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee (for larger companies, demonstrated 0→1 or 1→5 product-building experience)
