Client Success Associate - Professional Education

Davies Professional Education partner with over 1200 insurance, financial services and regulated market clients to provide award-winning Apprenticeships and professional upskilling programmes to address the skills gap across these industries.

As a Client Success Associate in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products/services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the onboarding process to achieving their goals and beyond. 
This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
