Paralegal/Senior Paralegal - motor

The role predominately involves defending litigated Scottish credit hire claims at Simple Procedure level (small claims track equivalent). However, there may be scope for progression to other court tracks following development. 

The successful applicant will be responsible or their own caseload files and for undertaking individual file handling tasks with the support of Scottish senior file handlers and solicitors.
