Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Morganton and Hickory area of Western North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours.
The Morganton and Hickory area is home to one of the largest Guatemalan Mayan communities in the United States — a community with extraordinary need for culturally competent mental health care and almost no bilingual clinical resources to meet it. If you speak Spanish, have experience with or connection to Latin American communities, and want to serve students who rarely get access to care that understands them — this role is for you.
- Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered
- Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
- $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy
- Part-time W2 — stable, predictable employment
- Fully remote — work from home anywhere in North Carolina
- Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — afternoons and evenings only
- No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a core part of the role.
