About the Role

In your first 6 months, you will support the evolution of Daymark Health's initial product for thousands of patients navigating cancer care, deploying AI-based SMS automation and internal tools to support care management.
Over the next 12 months, you will grow into a key technical contributor shaping our platform's direction, including potential integrations with hospital systems and patient-facing tools.

Deep technical expertise: You have 4+ years of experience designing and building user-centric products. You're comfortable both standing up third-party solutions and collaborating with contract teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
AI-native builder: You're fluent with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and actively incorporate them into your workflow to move faster and write better code. You see AI-assisted development as a core skill, not a shortcut.
Healthcare experience: Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHRs and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), is a plus.
Security-first mindset: You have experience building and maintaining secure, HIPAA-compliant systems and are comfortable with SOC II standards.
Action-oriented: You move with purpose and urgency, thriving in environments where speed and adaptability are crucial. You know how to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced setting. We’re early on in our journey and move quickly – we expect you to do the same.
Clear communicator: You can distill complex technical details and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused: You enjoy engaging directly with customers, understanding their challenges, and leveraging their feedback to improve the product. You’re comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adjusting solutions based on real-world feedback.

Compensation Range:
$170,000 - $200,000 USD
