Responsibilities

- →At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or working directly with composites/fiberglass materials
- →Experience with drilling and riveting, including use of rivet guns and rivet tools
- →Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- →Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools
- →Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- →Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs
- →Ability to stand for extended periods and use required PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles, etc.)
- →Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- →Reliable attendance with ability to work independently or as part of a team
- →U.S. person status required in accordance with ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
- →Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
