Composite Assembler

• →High school diploma or GED
• →At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or working directly with composites/fiberglass materials
• →Experience with drilling and riveting, including use of rivet guns and rivet tools
• →Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
• →Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools
• →Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• →Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs
• →Ability to stand for extended periods and use required PPE (respirators, gloves, goggles, etc.)
• →Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• →Reliable attendance with ability to work independently or as part of a team
• →U.S. person status required in accordance with ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
