- 1st Shift: Start time between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Inspect in-process and finished parts and assemblies
- →Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools
- →Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- →Document inspection results and identify nonconforming parts
- →Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
- →Support a safe and quality-focused manufacturing environment
- →Assist with additional quality-related tasks as assigned by management
- →Follow all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Manager/Safety Director
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum (1) year of Quality Inspection experience in manufacturing
- Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow procedures
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and cross-train
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Nice to Have
