Quality Inspector

• →Inspect in-process and final assemblies for quality and conformance
• →Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• →Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• →Record inspection results and identify nonconforming parts
• →Follow and uphold quality procedures and applicable standards (AS9100, ISO 9001)
• →Performs additional tasks assigned by management
• →Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and cross train
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools such as calipers, scale, height gauges, or other measuring Instruments
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
• Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
