Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.  
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances and supporting schedules.  
  • Monitor close calendars, open items and reporting risks.  
  • Support management, statutory and DB Group reporting requirements.  
  • Prepare and review reconciliations. 
  • Resolve aged items and unsupported balances.  
  • Maintain evidence and account ownership documentation.  
  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.  
  • Support intercompany accounting and eliminations.  
  • Support Conversion Tool, HFM and GTC reporting.  
  • Perform source-to-report reconciliations.  
  • Maintain submission evidence and issue logs.  
  • Support daily cash-position reporting.  
  • Prepare short-term cash forecasts and cash reporting schedules.  
  • Support bank-account administration, signer updates and banking records.  
  • Prepare payment support documentation and approval evidence.  
  • Support bank reconciliations and treasury controls.  
  • Assist with banking access reviews and segregation-of-duties monitoring.  
  • Support working capital reporting and cash-management initiatives.  
  • Maintain treasury procedures, continuity plans and documentation.   
  • Prepare audit schedules and support requests.  
  • Support tax filings, notices and advisor coordination.  
  • Support control remediation and compliance initiatives.  
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation repositories.  
  • Support Dynamics 365, reporting platforms and finance systems.  
  • Maintain SOPs, process maps and checklists.  
  • Participate in automation, testing and transformation initiatives.  
  • Improve data quality, controls and process efficiency.  
  • Maintain backup readiness across critical processes.  
  • Support cross-training throughout One Finance.  
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, HR and operational teams.  
  • Support mentoring of interns and junior team members as experience grows.  

Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer workstation for periods up to 4 hours at a time 
  • Ability to speak on the telephone for a total of up to 3 hours per day 
  • Ability to sit for up to 3 hours without breaks at meetings 
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 4 hours without breaks at program site visits and meetings 

We offer an annual gross salary between $115,000 and $132,000 + bonus for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
