  • Support the planning and delivery of social, academic, and community programs that enhance the residential student experience
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment that builds strong student belonging
  • Provide support to students, including responding to wellbeing needs and connecting them with appropriate services
  • Assist with residential initiatives such as volunteer programs, major events, and student-led activities
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of residences, including customer service and community engagement activities           
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in student services, community engagement, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse student community
  • Experience in planning and delivering engaging programs, events, or activities
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
