Responsibilities
~1 min readYou won't just be supporting HR — you'll be embedded in the business, partnering with leaders to shape people strategies that actually make an impact.
You'll:
- →Partner with leadership to translate business goals into practical, people-focused solutions
- →Own the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding (and everything in between)
- →Be the go-to advisor on performance, talent, succession, and engagement
- →Independently manage employee relations cases (misconduct, grievances, performance issues)
- →Use data and insights to spot trends, risks, and opportunities before they become problems
- →Lead meaningful conversations – performance reviews, talent discussions, and change initiatives
- →Support organisational change, restructuring, and transformation projects
- →Help build a high-performance, values-driven culture
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field (essential)
- Honours Degree (nice to have)
- 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Solid experience handling employee relations independently
- Exposure to performance & talent management processes
- Experience in financial services or asset management? Big plus!
Nice to Have

- Change Management certification
- Coaching certification
- Enneagram or Insights accreditation
- You're proactive, not reactive – you spot issues before they escalate
- You're credible and confident, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- You balance empathy with objectivity when handling sensitive matters
- You're data-driven, but never lose sight of the human side
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment within financial services
- Get exposure to strategic HR initiatives and leadership teams
- Be trusted to operate with autonomy and real influence
