In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and deploying new features for our web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and spearheading technological advancements within our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement new features for our web applications using React, focusing on user-centric solutions. - Work closely with product owners, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the high-quality delivery of products. - Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of coding standards, design patterns, and development practices. - Innovate by researching and integrating the latest trends and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem. - Provide mentorship to junior developers, offering guidance and support. - Partner with external stakeholders to integrate tools and SDKs that support our technical initiatives. - Enhance and maintain our existing products, including our component library and decentralized applications (DApp) platforms. - Improve the accessibility of our interfaces to ensure inclusivity for all internet users. - Fortify the security of our software and its supply chain. - Manage backend infrastructure and databases for robust application performance. - Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring. Required Experience: - Extensive experience in React-based Ethereum Application Development. - Proficiency in React development using tools such as Typescript, Next.js, React Hook Form, @headlessui/react, stitches.dev, and tailwindCSS. - Strong background in blockchain development utilizing Foundry, Hardhat, Ethers.js, web3-react, and other relevant technologies. - Demonstrated experience in delivering React websites that facilitate non-custodial, wallet-based interactions with mainnet Ethereum or similar EVM networks, handling transactions over $100k. - Deep knowledge of JS/TS security and testing best practices. - Expertise in JS/TS CI/CD best practices. - Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies. - Professional experience in the Web3 domain. - Proven track record of maintaining and contributing to Open Source projects. - Proficiency in backend technologies such as Express.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. - DevOps skills using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible. - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for cloud infrastructure management.
