Decimal is a franchise network of operator-owned accounting firms. We built the technology, processes, and infrastructure we had when we were running a firm, then made it available to independent accountants who want to grow without giving up ownership.
Provides IT support, device management, and access control across Decimal's remote, cloud-first operations, spanning our franchise operations team and our Philippines-based delivery group. This is the primary point of contact for day-to-day technical issues.
Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level remote IT support (helpdesk, chat, or video) to resolve connectivity, device, and application issues and keep downtime low

Manage company devices through an MDM solution including encryption, remote wipe, and security policy enforcement

Run IT onboarding and offboarding: account setup, device provisioning, role-based access and MFA, and full access revocation on the day of separation, in coordination with HR

Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts and support basic incident response

Maintain IT asset inventory
Client-side systems. You support access to them, not the systems themselves.
Hands-on IT or systems administration experience in a remote or cloud-first environment
Experience with MDM
Comfortable administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
Familiarity with role-based access, MFA, and endpoint security tools
Some exposure to data privacy compliance (NPC) and basic incident response
Strong written and verbal English, and comfortable working directly with foreign principals
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus, as are certifications (Microsoft, Google, CompTIA). Solid hands-on experience matters more than either.
Security-first mindset, responsive to the team, systematic and well-documented, comfortable in async remote work, and calm under pressure.
Shift: 7am to 4pm PH time, Mon-Fri (subject to change)
