DeepL is a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems. Over 200,000 business customers and millions of individuals across 228 global markets today trust DeepL's Language AI platform for human-like translation, improved writing and real-time voice translation.
Founded in 2017 by CEO Jaroslaw “Jarek” Kutylowski, DeepL now has over 1,000 passionate employees and is supported by world-renowned investors including Benchmark, IVP, and Index Ventures.

Our goal is to become the global leader in trusted, intelligent AI technology, building products that drive better communication, foster connections, and create a meaningful impact. To achieve this, we need talented people like you to join our journey. If you’re ready to shape the future of AI and grow your career in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, DeepL is your next destination.

DeepL is at an inflection point: moving from a beloved translation tool to a full enterprise Language AI platform. The Business Acceleration Tech Area is at the heart of that shift: the engine behind how we grow, retain, and scale our customer base, from individual subscribers to Fortune 500 enterprises. Our mission is twofold:

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Own and evolve the product strategy for the Business Acceleration Tech Area, connecting the dots across Console, Identity, Monetization, and Business Acceleration tracks into a cohesive, compelling vision

  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, setting clear goals, building their product skills, and creating an environment where they do their best work

  • Drive the org design and ways of working so teams have clear ownership, tight feedback loops, and deliver measurable impact

  • Act as a domain expert and decision-maker on complex, cross-cutting topics, particularly around enterprise billing, identity & access management, and internal platform adoption

  • Structure and drive complex, ambiguous decisions: defining options, trade-offs, and recommendations that stakeholders and executives can act on

  • Communicate strategy clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from engineering teams to C-suite stakeholders

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for how large organisations onboard, manage teams, configure access, and scale DeepL usage across thousands of users

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and key accounts to understand enterprise requirements and build features that win competitive deals and reduce churn

  • Develop and maintain scalable measurement tools (e.g. enterprise maturity scorecards, outcome-focused metrics) to track progress and communicate it to executive leadership and the board

  • Jointly with Engineering define and drive the platform strategy for how new DeepL products (Voice, future launches) integrate account, team management, and billing capabilities into their user experiences

  • Collaborate across tracks with PMs and Track Directors to understand what teams need, identify reusable patterns, and help your teams drive adoption of the platform through value, not mandates
