Manufacturing Tech

• →Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of small components.
• →Document processes and record production data accurately.
• →Inspect components using microscopes, sensors, and other precision tools.
• →Analyze data using JMP or other statistical analysis software to determine specification ranges.
• →Prepare reports summarizing results, conclusions, and process recommendations.
• →Develop and propose process parameter specifications to enhance quality and efficiency.
• →Support the development of automated data acquisition systems.

• General laboratory experience and technical skills are required.
• Ability to work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Environment (CE).
• Strong data entry, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and statistical software (e.g., JMP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for R&D and continuous improvement.
