JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to safely operate: front end loader, tractor, and fork lift, in accordance with all applicable OSHA Regulations.
Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and service.
Operate small dump truck.
Work without direct supervision.
Operate all equipment according to manufacturers’ printed material.
Use sound judgment when using equipment around horses.
Maintain constant surveillance of the grounds for safety concerns.
Report all maintenance repairs immediately to supervisor.
Responsible to read and understand all safety rules for each piece of equipment.
Attends all safety and/ or OSHA training sessions as required.
Assist with all duties associated with snow removal.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
