Product Manager

  Define and evolve the product strategy for Delinea's endpoint privilege management solution.

  Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with agile teams to deliver iterative value.

  Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.

  Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.

  Work with Product Marketing to inform positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.

• →

  Enable internal teams with the context and training needed for successful launches.

• →

  Balance current customer needs with opportunities in new market segments.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment; startup or scale-up experience a plus.

• 4+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security-related roles.

• Strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure services, and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory).

• Experience with endpoint security products (e.g., endpoint protection, EDR, or privileged access management) is highly desirable.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings.

• Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
