Senior FP&A Manager
Quick Summary
About Delinea:Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization,
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our Finance team as a key business partner supporting Delinea’s R&D organization and Chief Product Officer (CPO). This is a high-impact, highly visible role on a lean, collaborative finance team — you’ll sit at the intersection of Finance and Product, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across our product and platform roadmap.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, you will work closely alongside senior Finance leadership to support the R&D business partnership. You’ll own critical workstreams end-to-end — building models, driving forecast processes, and delivering executive-ready analyses — while partnering with senior Finance leadership on the broader CPO/R&D relationship. You’ll operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work, and you’ll have real opportunities to shape how Finance is perceived as a strategic partner across the organization. This role requires an independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and is energized by turning ambiguity into clarity and data into decisions.
