At Deliveroo Belgium, our CRM and customer engagement efforts are evolving, and with it, the opportunity for a curious and enthusiastic intern to grow alongside us.

We are looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn CRM Intern who will play a key role in operational campaign execution and performance tracking, while being fully immersed in how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base.

This internship is designed for someone who may not yet have a fully defined skillset, but who is excited to understand how customer communications are managed at scale, how data informs marketing decisions, and how campaigns drive business impact. We will support you every step of the way, helping you build strong analytical and operational skills with real impact from day one.

  • Support the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns (email, push notifications)

  • Build and schedule campaigns in CRM tools, ensuring accuracy in targeting, content, and timing

  • Manage and push live customer communications (e.g. promotional messages, lifecycle campaigns)

  • Assist in the creation and localization of campaign content across different channels and audiences

  • Perform quality checks (QA) before launch to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Act as a key operational link between campaign planning and execution

  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention)

  • Support the creation of regular CRM performance reports

  • Analyze campaign results and help identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities

  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives and summarize key learnings

  • Work closely with the CRM manager to understand how engagement strategies are defined

  • Contribute to campaign reviews and learn how performance insights inform decisions

  • Support preparation of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders

  • Gain hands-on experience with CRM tools and customer data

  • Learn how to translate data into actionable insights

  • Develop a strong understanding of how CRM contributes to growth and customer retention

  • Progressively take on more ownership as your skills and confidence grow

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing, or similar)

  • Available for a 6-month internship (with potential extension up to 12 months)

  • Comfortable working in English (French and/or Dutch)

  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel (data handling)

  • Interest in CRM tools or marketing automation is a plus

  • A hands-on, high-impact internship in a fast-growing international company

  • Direct exposure to CRM operations, customer engagement, and analytics

  • A steep learning curve in both marketing execution and data analysis
