Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support United States Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing (SN) activities in Boulder, Colorado.
This position will provide cybersecurity, information assurance, Risk Management Framework, system authorization, security compliance, and classified mission-system support for Space Sensing. The selected candidate will lead complex technical or analytical efforts, integrate inputs across multiple stakeholders, provide actionable recommendations to Government leads, and help drive high-quality program and mission outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in the functional area, sound judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead complex work across Government and contractor teams.

Lead complex technical or analytical tasks, integrate inputs across multiple stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations to Government leads.
Review work products, help resolve complex issues, and mentor or guide less-experienced team members as appropriate.
Support cybersecurity and information assurance activities across Space Sensing mission and program systems.
Develop, review, update, and maintain Risk Management Framework documentation, authorization packages, security plans, and associated artifacts.
Support system registration, authorization, and status tracking in Government cybersecurity repositories and tools, including eMASS and EITDR as applicable.
Evaluate security controls, technical risk, cybersecurity requirements, and system changes for compliance with applicable Department of Defense requirements.
Support Information System Security Officer and Information System Security Manager activities, including control management, compliance reviews, and authorization coordination.
Coordinate and document vulnerability assessments, security testing, scanning activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Review cybersecurity plans, change proposals, memorandums, technical documentation, and program products for security impacts and RMF compliance.
Support cybersecurity Integrated Product Teams, working groups, teleconferences, inspections, and security-related program reviews.
Prepare recurring status reports, risk assessments, briefings, training products, and other cybersecurity deliverables.
Professional experience and technical depth commensurate with a Senior-level role in the applicable functional area.
Relevant cybersecurity, information assurance, information security, RMF, system authorization, or related experience commensurate with the position level.
Working knowledge of the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework and cybersecurity authorization processes.
Experience developing, reviewing, or maintaining cybersecurity documentation and system authorization artifacts.
Ability to evaluate security controls, vulnerabilities, technical risk, and system changes and clearly document findings.
Strong analytical, technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with Government security, engineering, program management, and contractor stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and cybersecurity documentation or tracking tools.
Ability to work on site in Boulder, Colorado and support in-person Government meetings and mission activities as required.
Ability to support CONUS and OCONUS travel when required by the Government.
Ability to work with sensitive and classified information, Government systems, controlled-access facilities, and Government-furnished equipment in accordance with contract requirements.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access/eligibility required for this position.
Experience supporting United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, or Department of Defense mission systems.
Experience with eMASS, EITDR, DISA security guidance, security control validation, or vulnerability assessment activities.
Familiarity with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, cybersecurity plans, Plans of Action and Milestones, or authorization packages.
Experience supporting highly classified systems, Sensitive Compartmented Information environments, or secure facilities.
Experience supporting cybersecurity inspections, Integrated Product Teams, incident response exercises, or recurring security reporting.
Experience leading complex technical or analytical efforts and coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholder organizations.
Experience briefing senior Government leaders and mentoring or guiding less-experienced staff.
