Core Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performance team through effective motivation, guidance, and training initiatives, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment.
- Orchestrate efficient task delegation and conduct comprehensive performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and optimize productivity.
- Embody and promote the company's mission and core values through exemplary day-to-day leadership and management of branch operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to exceed sales targets, enhance profitability, and achieve key business objectives, contributing to the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, providing timely and accurate reports on branch performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement operational infrastructure improvements, including systems, processes, and personnel strategies to support organizational growth and enhance overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education – bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field
- 5+ years in progressive leadership roles, with proven success in team management and organizational development
- AV Industry knowledge preferred
- Exemplary leadership abilities with a proven track record in strategic thinking and sound decision-making
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and budget administration
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Unwavering commitment to corporate values, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and credibility
- Exceptional adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive clarity and solutions in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in prioritizing initiatives and optimizing investments in human capital and systems
- Results-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure organizational success
- Software Experience: Microsoft Office and Acumatica a plus
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Successfully perform in a workplace environment which could see extremes in temperatures
