We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, take initiative, and be proud of helping bring quality dental care to the Berea community.

This position will begin as a Front Desk–focused/Dental Assisting hybrid role, providing limited clinical assistance as needed during the practice’s early growth phase. As patient volume increases, the role is expected to transition into a full‑time Front Desk Receptionist.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction while supporting a growing, collaborative team.

• Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for patients (in person and by phone)
• Managing scheduling, patient check‑in/check‑out, and front desk workflows
• Supporting insurance verification, documentation, and general administrative tasks
• Assisting chairside on a limited basis as needed during the initial phase
• Collaborating closely with the clinical and leadership teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Helping establish and refine efficient front office systems in a brand‑new practice

Our ideal candidate is:

• Humble, self‑motivated, and adaptable

• Passionate about supporting patients and the community
• Excited to help build and grow a new practice

• 2+ years of dental experience preferred
• EDDA certification and experience
• X‑Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications are a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
