We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider to step into a high-producing office with strong new patient flow and clinical autonomy.

• Mondays & Fridays
• Part-time position with potential for growth

• Average Monthly Production: ~$295,000
• Collection Rate: 96–100%
• New Patients: ~125/month
• Technology: CBCT, modern digital systems
• Team Support:
  • Full-Time Hygienists
  • Dedicated Dental Assistants

• →Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
  • →Exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • →Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges)
  • →Extractions and basic surgical procedures
  • →Endodontics and implant restorations (as comfortable)
• →Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• →Maintain clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• →Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to ensure efficient workflow

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active West Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Experience with implants or advanced procedures is a plus, but not required

• Patient-focused and relationship-driven
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
