Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctor chairside with efficiency and confidence
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and on-time appointments
  • Take accurate X-rays, digital scans, and assist with clinical procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operatory
  • Provide an outstanding, welcoming experience for every patient
  • Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (PREFERRED)
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft software (PREFERRED)
  • Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing and N2O
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to stay productive throughout the day
  • A true team player who supports both front and back-office flow
  • Dedicated and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • A patient-first mindset-someone who genuinely cares about patient comfort, education, and experience
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
  • Strong communication and chairside skills
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do-you anticipate needs
  • You take ownership of your role and performance
  • You bring a positive attitude and elevate the team around you
