Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities Conduct full spectrum of recruitment from research, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, job offer, and onboarding. Be responsible for Sourcing and Recruiting related activities focused on various positions across industry sectors such as IT, Shared Services, HR, Banking and Finance, and BPO. Ability to do client management. Understand recruitment demands, skills, and profiles within area of responsibility/account handled. Tap and source active and passive candidates in the market through different sourcing strategies and techniques. Be accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruitment demand. Ensure teamwork within the team. Updating and maintaining CRM Job Posting Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field At least 3 to 5 years of work experience as Recruiter Must be knowledgeable on the end to end recruitment cycle Prioritization and time management skills Ability to multitask Ability to work effectively in high demand and fast-paced environment Detail-oriented Excellent written and spoken English Work Arrangement Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 8am flexible start time, 9-Hour Workday
