As an Associate, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and launching paid social campaigns, implementing account tasks and optimizations, trafficking creative assets, running and formatting performance reports, and supporting ongoing testing initiatives. You will also participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-ups.

- →Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data
- →Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
- →Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications
- →Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clients
- →Maintain a working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat
- →Prepare weekly/monthly reports and making recommendations for optimization
- 1+ years of paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) and be comfortable with topics such as budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
- Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
- Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in Excel; you already know vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and love working with numbers
- High level of independence, curiosity and desire to grow your responsibilities and skill set
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
- This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata
