This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.
Supports CRM planning and execution across Fanatics’ leagues and partner sites by trafficking campaigns, coordinating creative workflow, and ensuring high-quality execution from planning through deployment. This role serves as the operational and organizational connective tissue between CRM strategy, creative, operations, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Own end-to-end campaign trafficking across CRM programs, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning through deployment using Smartsheet and/or Workfront
- →Serve as primary liaison between CRM Strategy leads and CRM Operations, maintaining accurate campaign statuses (planned, in progress, ready to build, approved)
- →Input, manage, and maintain all marketing campaign IDs and campaign details in Workfront
- →Monitor daily campaign health and readiness across CRM, identifying stalled or at-risk campaigns and driving resolution
- →Maintain and update CRM calendars with current promotions, prior-year themes, and historical references
- →Proof and QA CRM emails as a final quality control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, suppressions, and promotional details
- →Act as creative gatekeeper and primary workflow owner, enforcing process standards, naming conventions, and timelines (across the various creative workflows from Fanatics internal teams and creative agencies)
- →Ensure integrity of creative assets adhere to our campaign naming taxonomy and organized by site/brand to ensure seamless development that is risk/error free and on time.
- →Source, organize, and batch creative assets and PIDs based on league, team, and seasonal priorities
- →Proactively identify creative gaps or risks and escalate early to protect timelines and quality
- →Proof and QA marketing emails as a final quality control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, suppressions, and promotional details
- →Maintain an ongoing catalog of creative and campaign history to support remails
- Compile raw data into excel spreadsheets for the CRM Strategy leads to analyze for campaign performance optimization
- Provide flexible support across the CRM team as needs arise to ensure continuity, speed, and quality of execution including administrative tasks that support the business
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.
