This is an embedded role working directly within the marketing team of a UK Award winning fintech, based at their offices in Canary Wharf. You will sit at the heart of their in-house function, acting as a Performance Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing and sitting in the heart of the growth marketing team.
We are open to either a 6 month fixed-term contract, or freelance, with a view to go permanent.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and optimise performance campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Reddit, TikTok and Programmatic.
- →Monitor performance against CAC, LTV and growth targets, making decisions that balance scale with efficiency.
- →Analyse data, spot trends and turn insight into action across campaign structure, spend, targeting and creative testing.
- →Work closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad creative and messaging.
- →Partner with product, analytics and Current Account stakeholders to make sure performance activity supports wider business goals.
- →Collaborate with external agencies and partners, making sure activity is clear, well managed and commercially focused.
- →Help build the foundations of a growing Performance Marketing function
- Recent, hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns and are genuinely happy to stay close to the operational detail.
- Have managed campaigns across more than one performance platform, such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Reddit or Programmatic.
- Have strong mobile-first acquisition experience and understand the difference between web and app-based customer journeys.
- Are confident working with data, using tools such as Excel, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker, Tableau or similar.
- Understand mobile attribution and measurement, including platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar.
- Commercially minded and comfortable optimising towards CAC, LTV and growth targets.
- Understand how creative performance influences acquisition and enjoy testing messaging, formats and customer angles.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

- Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modelling or App Store Optimisation.

- Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign workflows.
