We’re hiring a Senior Copywriter to join a high-performing creative team based in Toronto. This role is perfect for a collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage a high volume of deliverables across competing deadlines, and brings both efficiency and attention to detail.
This position will focus heavily on B2B communications, particularly around platform-based tools that help businesses set up, optimize, and expand their digital presence. If you have a background in writing for tech or service-oriented B2B products, especially with a strategic or instructional lens, you’ll be well suited for the work.
Responsibilities

- →Write clear, compelling, brand-aligned copy across a range of digital formats and campaign assets.
- →Focus on B2B topics like ad setup, optimization, and business platform education.
- →Act as the senior copy lead on the account, contributing mentorship and support to mid-level writers.
- →Contribute to messaging frameworks, UX writing, content hierarchies, and brand storytelling.
- →Work closely with designers and participate in copy/design collaboration (Figma familiarity is helpful).
- →Bring a strong editorial POV to creative brainstorms, reviews, and feedback loops.
- →Adapt tone and structure based on audience and channel requirements.
- →Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and client teams.
- 3–5 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably within a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Strong B2B experience—especially within tech, platform, or business services.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior writers is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, creative writing, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design-copy tools is helpful
