In the role as a Specialist, you partner with the management team in coaching, training & developing team members within the specialist area to maximise sales potential & ensuring the team are expertly delivering Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success.

·       Responsible to coach, train & develop team members within the specialist are

·       Continuously increase product knowledge whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers

·       Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)

·       Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes

·       Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets

·       Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity

·       Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management

·       Maximise sales potential within the specialist area

·       Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets

·       Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience

Your profile:

·       Experience in a similar position where the ability to meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated

·       Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand

·       Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business

·       Strong communication, methodical & presentation skills

·       Excellent follow-up & organizational skills

·       Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team, solution-oriented approach, effective time management

·       Excellent communication and social skills in both French and English
