Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Equipping our guests with information, so they can make informed repair and maintenance decisions related to their vehicles
- →Never upselling, always right-advising
- →Focusing on customer loyalty/retention by providing high value service while being mindful of the customer’s time
- →Follow our process to serve customers efficiently to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- →Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs, inquire about recommendations on client’s vehicles.
- →Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.
- →Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date from open to closing of service.
- →Handle any client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and high regard manner.
Requirements

- Minimum 2 years worth of experience in a Service Advisor role.
- Automotive knowledge required to effectively communicate with customers.
- Superior customer service abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
