• →Shipping and receiving as necessary.
• →Ordering and inventorying parts as necessary to maintain accurate stocking levels.
• →Sort, store, and organize incoming parts to ensure repair processes are followed.
• →Utilize an EPC to look up accurate parts for Service vehicle repairs.
• →Provide accurate information as necessary to all departments.
• →Liaise with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accuracy and necessity of parts.
• →Returning cancelled or unnecessary parts as per departmental policies.
• →Review and validate accuracy of parts sold to repairs for approvals and pricing.

• 1+ years in an Automotive Parts environment; previous experience with Mazda parts is an asset.
• Automotive proficiency with a high level of understanding of vehicle components.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CDK system is an asset.
• Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
