About the Role

- Drive innovation that distinguishes our product in the market.
- Lead complex design systems work that scales across the organization.
- Connect user needs with business strategy to create compelling experiences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps.
- Foster design excellence across teams through mentorship and guidance.
- 14+ years of product design experience.
- Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence.
- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams.
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives.
- You see leadership as inseparable from craft.
- You love designing and believe making is a form of leadership.
- You inspire teams by showing what great looks like.
- You thrive on pushing design work into new, unexplored territory.
