Meet the team: This Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst role is responsible for end-to-end management of the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) Program across Dexcom, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that LSS initiatives deliver measurable business impact, strengthen leadership capability, and support the organization’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) goals. This role partners closely with Tower Leaders, candidates, external vendors, and the OpEx team to drive program success, ensure project completion, and sustain a strong pipeline of improvement initiatives. Where you come in: * Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of the Lean Six Sigma programs * Manage program timelines, deliverables, and governance * Ensure alignment of projects to business priorities and savings targets * Coordinate with external vendors and partner with Tower Leaders for nominations and support * Track project progress and maintain dashboards on pipeline, savings, and completion * Provide regular program updates, highlight risks, and drive timely resolution of blockers * Analyze program performance and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness and scalability * Support and influence candidates through coaching and engagement to ensure project completion * Drive process design and improvement initiatives by recommending standardization and optimization and promoting continuous improvement through effective communication. What makes you successful: * Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Continuous Improvement or a related field * Strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred) * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills * Proven experience in program or project management (PMP preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights * Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams * Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Ability to perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the role What you’ll get: * A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
