Washbay Operator

$18-24/Hour

"We Haul Wholesome" at Dairy Farmers of America - the leading milk marketing cooperative and dairy food processor within the United States. Our drivers transport raw milk from farm to processing plants. We are passionate about the farmer-owners, the dairy industry, and supplying consumers with safe and nutritious products. 

• 8 am to 5pm

General Purpose

Operate wash bay using all necessary equipment to clean tractors and trailers. Perform all work according to safety regulations.

• →Wash exterior of tractors and trailers
• →Track how many trucks and/or trailers are washed daily
• →Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• →Perform all job duties according to DFA safety regulations
• →Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health, safety issues, and GMP practices 
• → Other duties may be assigned as required
• →This is a full-time position

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 0 to 1 year of related experience 

• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment 

   

• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to complete paperwork legibly and neatly
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
