Disclosure Desk Analyst

The Disclosure Desk Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all required mortgage disclosures are prepared, reviewed, and delivered to borrowers in compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves verifying the accuracy of disclosure documents, managing the disclosure process, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and compliant communication with borrowers.

• →Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• →Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mortgage disclosure or compliance, or a related field.
• →Skills:
  • →Strong knowledge of mortgage disclosure regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA) and industry practices.
  • →Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • →Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • →Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • →Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
