Responsibilities

- →Prepare and send out detailed project updates to client team.
- →Review permit submission packages to meet the requirements of the various jurisdictions.
- →Review online permit tracking systems and prepare draft applications based on building plans.
- →Maintain effective working relationships with Permit Director, Project Managers and Coordinator.
Requirements
~1 min read- At minimum 1-2 years proven administrative skills, including the ability to track multiple aspects of complex projects and exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Highly organized and effective in a high pace environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
- Strong problem analysis skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Experience with permit industry or experience working with government employees is a plus.
