Responsibilities

→Provide first level help desk support to users for software/hardware problems.
→Assessment, troubleshooting, and routing of user submitted IT tickets.
→Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, printers, and peripheral equipment, following company best practices.
→Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment at various sites.
→Ability to work in a group environment and collaborate on work efforts and ideas.
→Ability to troubleshoot and remotely diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
→Troubleshoot end-users with support for mobile devices
→Prepare new systems for users and perform moves and set-ups in conjunction with personnel moves.
→Assist with setup and troubleshooting of mobile devices.
→Ability to effectively communicate and interact with end users to resolve issues.
→Standard work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00a-4:00p or 8:00a-5:00p

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
