DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Springfield, Missouri office!

• →Prepare and submit monthly billing for current projects
• →Process project related paperwork to include contracts, change order tracking, and lien waivers, etc.
• →Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• →Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• →Provide a variety of administrative support tasks across the department
• →Other responsibilities as assigned

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
• Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
