Objective:

Perform genetic medical tests in accordance with regulations and professional standards, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

Main tasks:

Receive, process and preserve genetic medical test samples. Perform genetic medical testing techniques in accordance with the correct procedures, including:

a, Preparation of patient samples, control material, reagents and kits.

b, Use specialized equipment to conduct tests.

c, Analyze data, interpret results.

Record, store and manage test data accurately and completely.

Maintain records for material management in department

Compile the complaints/ feedback related to the results for the Genetic doctor to evaluate and do the resolutions.

Participate in scientific research activities related to the field of genetic testing if any.

Support other specialists in the laboratory when necessary.

Comply with regulations on biosafety and labor safety in the laboratory.

Participate in training courses to improve professional skills.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Professional qualifications:

University graduate majoring in genetic medical testing or related majors.

Having a certificate of practice in testing and certificates related to genetic medicine

Mastering knowledge of genetic medicine, testing techniques, principles of interpreting results.

Ability to use specialized software in the field of genetic medical testing.

2. Experience:

Priority is given to candidates with 1 or more of experience working in a genetic medical laboratory.Experience using specialized equipment in the field of genetic medical testing.Ability to process and analyze test data effectively.

3. Skills:

Skills in professional operations, using equipment and chemicals in the laboratory.

Skills in analyzing, processing and interpreting test data.

Communication skills, teamwork and problem solving.

Computer skills and specialized software.

Ability to learn and absorb new knowledge quickly.

Good in English is a plus.

4. Qualities:

Highly responsible, careful, meticulous in work.

Professional ethics, love for the job.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Ability to withstand work pressure.
