In this position, you will focus primarily on technical maintenance of ATMs, with additional support for retail environments. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to grow as a Technician, supported by comprehensive on-the-job training.

Your primary duties will include
    • Performing installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products, primarily at the customer's site.
    • Performing scheduled inspections, cleanings, and other service activities, including minor product repairs, within the assigned territory.
    • Evaluating equipment to ensure proper operation, directly resolving issues or reporting them according to established procedures.
    • Managing service scheduling, complete all required documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and a clear understanding of product functionality.

Responsibilities
    • Become familiar with field service technician practices and procedures.
    • Under the guidance and/or in collaboration with more experienced technicians, perform incident management, use diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting through detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
    • Perform component-level hardware repairs.
    • Clean and adjust mechanical components.
    • Configure and install applicable software.
    • Preventive maintenance performing routine checks according to documented procedures.
    • Refill consumables as directed.
    • IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.
    • Educating and training customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
    • Attend periodic hardware and software training (on-the-job, classroom, and online).
    • Participate in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
    • Provide support for assigned special projects.

Qualifications
    • Education or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
    • Fluency in Italian language is mandatory, English communication is a plus.

  • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.

 

Pay Transparency Statement
The annual base salary (RAL) for this position is from €26,600 gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
